RECENT PURCHASES

Hello!

Damn, I really need to get better at this blogging thing! Although in my defence this time my lack of blogging has not been my fault, I'm in the middle of moving and my internet's been cut off. So I've come back to my mum's just to blog. It has been on my mind a lot recently and because I haven't been able to do it, obviously I want to do it more. 

This is just a little post of my recent purchases and what I've been up to recently. 

Firstly I went to my boyfriend's Aunties wedding last week, it was my first wedding that I've been to and I loved it so much, it was such a lovely day and the bride and everyone was looking so beautiful. My only problem was, having never been to a wedding before, I had no idea what to wear! Leaving it ridiculously last minute as we did I was running around town on the morning of the wedding trying to find something. Luckily I found this dusty pink low cut on the front and on the back, it also had a layer of chiffon on the top half and then falling down the front. Finding a dress was so tough especially as all I wear is black and apparently you cannot wear black to a wedding. However I found this beauty in Warehouse, suprisingly in the sale for a mere £7.00! I couldn't not buy it. 

These little bits I've just accumulated over the past few weeks. The belt is from Topshop and I also brought this to go with my dress for the wedding, Topshop have always done really good quality belts for a good price I think. This one was about £18.00 and it's a really nice cracked black leather with a gold buckle. Everyone's all about the big chunky gold hoop or really small dainty hoop earrings at the moment but I saw these mid size hoops in Claire's Accessorises. I really like them, I brought them at the risk of looking like a chavy baby y'know? 

The bikini isn't actually a set, The bottoms were from Topshop however they didn't have the matching top in stock anymore so I wandered over to H&M and found this black bikini top, it's a textured black and looks really cute with the bottoms even though they're not from the same set. 

Most of you will have seen this book somewhere. It's sort of a 'be happy, be happy with yourself and others the way things are' kind of book. I tend to have a little of a negative opinion on things sometimes and I just want to be more positive. It's also got lovely positive affirmations in to help.
